Lauretta knows what she is doing. She knows what buttons to push on both Angel and Gael. Angela is just keeping Gael in the loop with what his “fiancé” is doing. It’s hard- Angela or his family, the women he loves or his family. If he hurts Angela or she gets hurt from Lauretta, then I don’t think he’d forgive himself for the pain and suffering.
