Get well soon author 😊 i face same problem on my right hand. wrist pain, feeling numb and tense, cannot lift anything heavy or lift it in long time, cannot do fast movement, it's feels painful while driving and even on normal hand and fingers movement too. this Has been going on for two months. Medicine, pain killer & physiotherapy exercise video on YouTube about wrist and hand pain help me subside half of the pain but it still there. it's hits me when you told us about your condition because i know how it feels 😔
