Thanks for the chapter. Regarding the bipolar coagulation some are saying is only used on fallopian tubes (because Google), please remember that the first search result is not the only search result. Bipolar coagulation, taking a brief glance at other results, historically, has not just been used for fallopian tubes. It seems that bipolar coagulation can be used on the brain, and is part of the reason more parts of the brain became accessible for surgery at one point. Today, especially in the West, they may be primarily used for fallopian tubes, but it seems that is not their exclusive use. I'm not looking further to see if it is still popular, etc, although one if the results discussed it's use on the brain and was from 2016. Make of it what you will. 😅
