Comments of chapter undefined of Hidden Omega

I wonder why authors create this kind of scene where the top abuses sexually of the bottom. A top that treats the bottom's ass worst than a vagina. Man! At least this story is about a werewolves and they can heal these type of horrible things, but usually this kind of treatment lead to bad consequences such as infections, **** fissures, damage in the **** sphincter till the point the person needs to use pampers because can't hold the shit and etc. Anyway, this is a fictional story and I'm having fun reading but it would be great if authors were more realistic and decide to write healthy *** scenes.
