to be honest at this point it's more like Kireina is transmigrating the realm rather than destroying it, after all the mortals are safe even their homes are mostly safe only the gods they worshipped are getting eaten and replaced ;)

Supreme goddess of Life and Origin ought to be good friends with Kireina after truly getting to know each other. Worlds Will, three words to describe your friendship skills with mostly all Supreme gods - in your face

Like what the Supreme God of Life said, since most of the Gods that have died are those who actively pursued and fought against Kireina, or at least members of a Pantheon that did so, Kireina isn't percieved as a threat. Furthermore, she hasn't killed anyone under her protection, nor attacked anyone unprovoked, nor even destroyed any territory just for the sake of destruction. The World Will and the Supreme God of Fate have made her an enemy by their own accord, but that doesn't mean she will destroy the world.
