the power scaling seems very strange to me. like i get she has some defense buff skills and whatnot, but no one has more than 100 hp right now if i'm not mistaken. so why are these hits not taking more health? or more like, how strong are these emperors compared to the standard adventurer? they all seem like very late game bosses so far, but that shouldn't be the case. they should reasonably only be like D-B class monsters considering her level so far. yet the skills they have make them seem like late-game bosses. it just feels like the numbers should be higher than they actually are. i mean she should only have a little over 130 stamina right now, but some of her skills we know, use like 20+ yet it doesn't really feel like they do. it wasn't really stated that after you max out a skill it no longer uses stamina only that it reduces the cost but with the way she's been spamming her skills it just kind of feels like she should have run out during the fight. well, there's still a lot of chapters left so maybe i'm worried over nothing, but it kind of feels like you power crept a little to fast. i guess it's also possible that the main focus won't be on fights in the future so it's fine to just get her to overpowered status as fast as possible. whatever guess i'll see as i keep going.
I think the emperor class monsters are based on very high buffs percentage, resistance stats, mp and stamina regeneration. Like how the MC has the basic recovery they might have some sorts of recovers specifically for there species. The damage might be dependent on more on the scale of how much can you penetrate someone defence and resistance state both physical and magical ik its a pretty big leap to say that but we yet to know what the resistance and defense states does specific like is it only limited to defence stat be both magic, physical and resistance is only toward ailments, elements as that or is it that resistance also adds to your defense making dmg reduction very high. Ex: person 1 has def(20) and resist(20) with say 20hp Vs Person 2 def(20) and resist (10) and 20hp. Both have same STR stat of 25 Due to. Higher resistance stat idk how it would be scaled but lets just say its 5% per 10 points then take the multiple the % by the def stat. Person 1 has def(20)*resist(20×5%(10))=def(20)*resist(10%)= def(20)+def(2) from resist(20) which is 10% so person 1 has def (22). Applying the same formula person two has def (21) so person 1 wins cause he can cause more damage than person 2 per attack as well staying alive longer with a difference of dealing 4dmg and taking 3dmg with the same attack that they both have. Just trying to help with how the dmg calculation might stack with the scale of hp not even being 100 yet so it makes the scenario have some sense with the dmg they might be taking. Hope this kinda helps your question idk if the author explains it in later chapters himself or herself.
These bosses skills are a bit retarded doncha think? MC has a combination of multiple emperors, and two of them were almost on the same level as this salamander and everything is just blocked by the simple spell absolute fire zone? Why is it so fucking easy to just declare a zone like that? That would literally make anything and everything useless, and is an absolute strong skill that probably maybe a god or an ascended immortal in a cultivation novel would have lmao. If you are gonna give her strong enemies, dont do this kind of cheap **** man, it just breaks immersion and lowers ur writing. Also that wyvern and these guys just knowing about her being otherworldly is just plain boring dont u think? There is a reason almost no authors make others know that the MC is from other worlds except the summoned heros in isekai. But this is different. Just these dogs in a random forest, at the starting fights know she is from earth, what the **** would the later ones know? You are needlessly buffing all these cannon fodder, first 30 chapter enemies, that you arent leaving anything for your later enemies. What kind of skills would they have? One touch death? Whisper your name and suck out your soul? Erase ur existence from reincarnation? I am losing a lot of enthusiasm over ghe coming fights, and all these emperors have so much fucking difference in strength its fucking unreal
What the duck is wrong with these power levels. A freaking bug and a fish can can destroy woods and a big salamander can create lava lakes. And every life form mentioned as of now, sounds one of the most basic things yet their skills sounds like something an end game enemies would have. How do the humans survive or are they more powerful than these ballistic missile level monkeys and lizards. If so how is the planet still intact
Man just curious but for the food there are normal animals and monster too for that right not just sentient ones right ? I see the wolf clan like a future elite milice for protection :D I knew it, she die. Really too bad. A red hair, red eyes and brow skin onee-san would be too much; This world is not ready for this.
Introducing an absolue control skill so early in the story will inevitably lead to one of two results. 1. The skill is indeed absolute. This means it is a guaranteed one move checkmate against mages. This means mages are a useless class and their only purpose is to mow down mobs of weak and useless minions. This also means these mages will be basically all servants under powerful warriors. 2. The skill either has limits, like only affecting lower level beings, or anyone with an absolute zone of their own will be able to counter it themselves. In this case, the "absolute zone" is just a cheap skill that any competent mage can use. This means the skill will be useless and only useful against mobs. If you tell me that the skill is really rare, then the salamander emporor should have been the ruler of a huge territory, not one of 8 emporors in a tiny patch of wood that a butterfly can roundtrip, wipe out an army and kill a boss in one afternoon. That place is probably only like 5-10 square km at maximum. This is just a gaping plot hole. There is a reason why other fantasy writers only give these absolute control skills to the end-stage bosses in the end of a major arc or the final boss of the novel. Anyone with an absolute skill will become bosses of a region. I agree with the other comments. This breaks immersion for me. I wondered why I dropped this novel only 8 chapters in previously. Now I remember.
