i know the mc is still new to this whole stuff but for godsake roald is the first person he should be most suspicious of.

Better to confront the danger out in the open... He sent the stupid bride away and not only did he do that he starts asking about it as if it wasn't strange man I hope this mc gets smarter. He fills me with such agitation.
