What if Ray is Quinn's Father? and Ray found out how the dragon system was made and so he made the vampire system for his son? or had someone, maybe the creator of dragon system himself, make the vampire system for Quinn? Quinn Talen's parents are so mysterious and they are probably important or powerful people that's why the military still helped Quinn(giving him money etc.)when his parents died (or are they???) even though orphans usually were put in an orange planet. so many questions, so many theories...hmmm...
