I just realized ... why is there talk about a coup? the Uchiha got bullied into a coup after the Nine tails attack. Danzo the fker is the root of almost every problem konoha has (uchiha extinction, orochimaru, akatsuki...)
so are the mc and her brother going to exchange eyes to get the eternal mangekyo sharingan i don’t see any other way for the blindness to be solved since you aren’t going to kill off the brother (might be wrong on that) and you aren’t giving her hashirama cells
