John does seem like such a sweetheart, but I’m not sensing any attraction there. She’s obviously grateful and seems to think highly of him, but there’s no chemistry like there is with Prince Klaus. It’s sad that John is so very nice and Klaus is so very arrogant, but the heart wants what the heart wants and it seems very apparent to me that Lex is regrettably, dejectedly and undeniably attracted to Klaus.

Loving these chapters about her past! sad as they are John seems lovely
