So, honestly, I don't know if he really needs to power up too much compared to the ones he was fighting. One of the biggest problems was the lack of a good weapon. He didn't start losing badly until his weapon(s) started breaking.

Well the war is on , jake is getting a lot stronger, yet it's important to note that he's at 100 percent due to his new class some may have unlocked their stats in other ways but if they are this strong now it's gonna be hard. He still fought a top faction alone, the mirtharians need to step up their game and join forces, jake and gerdulf, the king, the matiark and the princess would have demolished them, they may not have the same teamwork of the divinities, but just give jake some space not to mention gerdulf is even tankier than him

I really enjoyed that he is not OP to the point of defeating the entire elite 4rth Ordeal Players of a juggernaut like Lost Divinities. This novel never fails to make the MC struggle hard, so that in the end, his wins feels even better and deserved.
