This might not be the case but most of the Times authors never pay attention to the readers opinion and continue doing the story the way they planned in the first place, but a good amount of Times that just Kills the story itself. If ruby did die chapter 666 to me that would make me very happy but its just my personal opinion, but She doesnt even need to die, She could be his Enemy the whole novel and you kill her at the end or something, but forcing her into being a love interest would just make me drop the novel. there is no turning back for ruby She has been corrupted and her peesonality changed. She isnt the little girl on the beginning in the novel anymore. so I just hope you dont end up ruining the novel for me because of her

making Ruby a fl is going to be quite difficult than making xi the fl as showing character development from a soon to be insane person to someone's lover and Jake just have to make a body for xi and I am quite sure xi will fell for him but I am intrested to see how you will make Ruby end up with Jake considering good character development

the soulmate things is quite easy to understand. Jake will have to find a way to separate ruby soul without killing her human part. or absorbing it's digestor part. as of now I can say that one of Jake aetherisc spell will be one to cleaning the soul of digestor influence. cause as they both are soulmate to each other. their soul is linked in a strange way
