I'm happy that there is even the question of morality regarding killing different species and humans and also jake struggle with killing humans in second ordeal compared to 5th. was very glad to read his inner struggle rather than just witnessing a perfectly normal human mc becoming a murdering psycopath to protect his "interests". I don't know why most authors don't realise iit's difficult to kill somebody even in case of self protection or protection of interests without any mental consequences or repurcussions. Well written ark.
a bit insecure about writing my thoughts here but well... I like this story too much. I love OP characters and always knew Jake was going to get there. but these last chapters made me a bit worried that Jake's personality is going to change too much. it takes a lot of courage and strength to believe in people. specially in this crazy, violent new world. His companions (he really avoids the word friends hahaha) are extremely important and interesting! I'd love to see the whole group grow together. To see Tim, a child growing in this world. Will joining his business mind with Jake and building an empire. Sarah maturing as a person and as a warrior. the sillyness with crunch and even Kyle, coward as he is but even so he keeps trying. anyway, Ark you're great and your story is one of my favorites. Can't wait to see where you are taking us! [img=recommend]
