I dont know if he is an idoit or not. With all his power and manpower. Why not horde all the treasure you can find in earth either by trade or by force. He knows that this treasure have great value for the 'black market' but his trade of business is only inline with security. Like really? Its like he have no sense of urgency or something. Like he knows someone out there is stonger than him but its like hes not even trying to become stronger. Even earth is stronger united, you cant deny that you alone need to be strongest to win.
