Why 5 SP every 5 lvls? Might aswell just do 1 SP each lvl

The ‘you’re talented, but the guy that came before you was better’ vibe is really lame. It’s cool that he ain’t the best in the world, but where does everyone else get off on comparing him to others? I mean, it comes about naturally in some scenarios but when you’re judging someone and you can’t give an accurate assessment without using someone else it just says you aren’t that good at judging people. Plus it’ll get annoying quickly if every time we have to read ‘even though you aren’t as good as that guy... “
