yes! i hate it when people drag stuff out just personal preference but i prefer it when words aren't wasted. And obviously i hate it when people blabber on like those fight scenes that span across several chapter for no reason!

The pace is just perfect 👌. Love it.

A simple reason, really. Originally these kind of cultivation novels were translated from chinese, and those authors are paid per character (chinese, so it would be word in english) count. So, word padding is normal in the original novels, the translators stayed true to the original, and we the readers were forced to get used to it, although we sure like to ***** about it. But me myself sure like chapters with meat on them, not the usual scene diluted over many chapters, and the annoying peanut gallery of bystanders explaining redundant stuff for chapters and all that crap

I feel like ever since MC got his human form he's swapped from a flippant, devil-may-care, low EQ genius type to this weird, introverted, shy boy who's constantly embarrassed or annoying with receiving attention as though his human body instinctively told him how to be an awkward teenager and changed his personality. I miss the wisp

The Mercenary Guild seem to be a very relaxed and cool group to be in. Anyone interested and wanted to join could do so.

The slower pace is used to pad word counts. Also cliff hangers (hated as they are) can lead to excitement/string people along for a lot longer. You have a great pace overall.

Says the author that writes “death… and me” talking about he don’t like to spend time in unnecessary conversations. He literally takes a whole chapter to make a conversation that happened with divine sense in that book.

I definitely really love your writing style! The only downside is when I zone out when I’m reading and I miss something and have to go back, haha! Keep writing and I’m sure everyone will love the things you create! I love this already, it’s so unique to me, and I absolutely love the universe you’ve built!

Nooooo why does he cover his hair I love him for not being arrogant but a bit of fame is not that bad...then again it can bring trouble but I hate how he has to hide himself but I still love this novel!

Author you forgot that the MC has rainbow colored eyebrows which can't be hidden by a hat.
