I’m almost sure it has to do with Alic…. Like she implanted her consciousness in Alice to experience everything the latter did. Think about it, given her power, she coculd have gone to the past and alter fate to meet Alice even before Claus did. In fact, I think she won due to a plot armour. if raven or any of his women could use Claus power from the beginning, why struggle against those monsters? Sounds stupid to me. And I still think she truly deserves to be forgiven, his denial to forgive her Is nigh childish at this point.
