Hmm... So, is Guiying going to become his disciple or no? I imagine leading a country and following master Lin would not be the easist things to do. Then again, his other disciples also run a cult… the biggest difference being that he is aware of one and not the other.
I'm thinking second prince is coming out of the shadows while thinking the other parties were eliminated/weakened after the battle. I doubt commoners would make a move without being manipulated. Dark sect is almost nonexistent at this point. The sects wont make a move unless there is a "powerful" trap waiting in the capital since they are ready know that Lin+disciples are unstoppable in open fight after that test for being the princess's tutor. I doubt nobles and merchants are stupid enough to go against Lin as well after seeing the results of the tutor test. This pretty much leaves the prince and some unforeseen power as the enemy pulling the strings in my opinion.
