I haven’t been reading the comments too in depth but is it not possible that the King in Yellow IS the Endless Darkness? Like we’re sure he couldn’t have been reborn or anything? No part of his ego survived? Or his soul? I forget what parts of his cultivation formed the Eldritch Universe though. On the other hand it seems like it’d make sense if he wasn’t, since Rank 10 lives seem so rare, especially because we son’t know how many universes there are. Do universes have different levels? I think I remember it being so. What do you do once you hit Rank 10? Is that it? Or is it just the beginning? How are Universes formed actually? From Rank 10’s? But then where did the first Rank 10 come from? Which came first?
