Comments of chapter undefined of The Fourth Mistress

That was something........ So everyone in Reed's family except Louise and may be, again MAY BE Graham too. Here the possibilities are infinite. The way she acted scared of Lady Viola, the way she explained about Lisa encountering a ghost and her death, she being blamed for Lisa's death as she left Lisa's side in the attic on the day of her death. Did she killed Lisa to become the 4th mistress? How did she kill Lady Agatha's husband while they were away from the manor? So many mysteries. Dear Ash you are awesome.........,

Okay there's so much going on in my mind right now: 1. Lisa is no longer a suspect (at least for me...for now) Lisa was only haunting Louise because she wants her body found. She hasn't shown herself after being buried properly. 2. How long has Emily been with the Reeds as a maid? Was she already there on Graham's 1st wedding? 3. Is Emily the ghost or is it just mere possession. But the fact that she disappeared after she saw the cross means she is the ghost. Or...maybe...the ghost is just copying Emily's looks. But then again she was in the old painting so yeah she's the ghost. 4. How come everyone don't remember Emily's face then? Just how powerful is she that she was able to make everyone forget about her. 5. Is it her skeleton on Lisa's casket? 6. Is she the missing body from the murder 17 years ago? I can't rest until I find the answer

Do this is turning into a classic case of you reap what you sow. The family had always been suspicious but I still cant fully understand why they would have killed the girl. Lady Viola was so close to death. Good thing Louise is on the case. Emily is definitely going to so something drastic now that she has been revealed. No one is safe in this manor anymore. Jeez.

Something isnt adding up yet with the Emily story! Emily and Graham, Emily and the painter, Emily’s past, something is weird i cant figure it out and going crazy!

Was my prediction about Emily being the missing daughter from Saltonstall right?! 😱 I also mentioned the buttler being possibly the father, but why would he help discover everything now? Is she the friend from childhood as well? She could either be still alive when meeting the Reeds or was she a ghost already?? Hurry up next chapter!

So “Emily” the maid isnt a real person but a vessel of the ghost, and the ghost was Emily whi is dead? and so is Lisa still a ghost that maybe protected louise? Or was that an illusion too?

ok so a few thoughts on my part. Emily is the doughtier from 17 years ago. She killed her father and sister, faking her death. She had an unhealthy attachment to Graham after having met him, thanks to her mother. So at some point Emily goes to work for the family, kills the first three wives and finally makes her way into being the 4th wife. The family knows something is wrong with her and has her killed. Just my thoughts. I am still not sure how everyone lost their memories yet, but I can not wait to find out lol Thank you Ash, as always, amazing work.

In wonder why Emily who is so innocent wanted to do something like this? The story is finaly coming to full circle! Unless there is another mastermind behind the scenes, possessing Emily Wonder how is it possible to be half ghost and human too
