The story is so amazing that we readers feels as if we are sitting on the top of a needle. Thank you dear author for such an amazing story. I'm glad that my assumptions from previous chapters which I might have mentioned in comments are repeated in this chapter by Louise. Why would the ghost wait for these many years to start it's revenge or killing? What triggered it? The headaches were due to either any poisoning or due to erased memory through hypnosis may be? The girl in old portraits could be the ghost.
Disassociative Amnesia, first thing came to my mind. Who exactly is this woman in the painting? But Louise is unrelenting in pursuit of the answers to this mystery; I admire her fervour and passion in her quest for the truth. That's what I've thought before that the painter sees "something else" as he paints the portraits on the painting; becoming an additional member in the family. Even this is more creepy with that "headless" portrait; I personally dreamt of one headless body wearing a long dress and another one seen with my own eyes belonging to a man standing in the corner from the old house in the province. One who is headless is one who was decided to be unknown and forgotten. What could be the real motive for the ghost now? I was rereading the earlier chapters and getting the clues again one by one searching for the one thing that stands out among them. Our Ash really got me twisting and turning my brains here with this story; so confusing or mind-boggling, but quite super addicting. đđ
Looks like Louise has found another clue that only adds more questions to the mystery. I think she may be on to something by thinking that the headless woman and the little girl may be the same person. But if it was only 3 years ago why can no one remember this person. Or was she a ghost this whole time and only shows herself to certain people. Mystery woman I'm very curious to know more about you. I wonder what other clues Louise can find after she gets that list of names from the investigators.
Iâm kind of lost on the chapter today regarding the painter. I went back to the part where they first talk when he did their painting at the manor and Louise was talking to him to see the connection. I might need to reread more. Wondering if itâs just me who got lost. Roman destructed my thoughtsâŚ.
