I still have some doubts. Lisa is unlikely to be the ghost that haunts the Reeds' family. Louisa hasn't written down one more (if I remember correctly) event because she doesn't know about it, which took place at her uncle's estate. Remember how she decided she would go talk to Graham before accepting the engagement? Someone (most likely a male entity) laid down next to her on the bed. I personally suspect the previous owners of the Reed mansion (can't remember their name). At first I thought it was about wives for their sons, but at least in my theory so far that doesn't seem to make sense, so I tentatively dismissed it.
