Grateful for another chapter... That thing that's making creaking sounds could be a real ghost (any one of Graham's three past wives); or there's one particular person living in the manor that disguises as a ghost, and that the one who disguises can also be ordered by someone else who lives in there. If it's a real ghost, maybe it wants to impart a message to Louise, and is seeking help from her. If it isn't, then it can mean someone really had murdered the past wives of Graham without his knowledge or he just accepted the facts of their death as seen by him. And the time stood still again at four past eleven. I hope Louise will just be more careful and keen to the surroundings in the manor.
