Fun fact: ancient Indian medical science are based on live humans not dead bodies because they believed that dead bodies are not equivalent or even similar to a live body. (my experience tells me this is completely accurate since we have to deal with life energies or prana, which are not present or working in the same way as when the person is alive.)(basically there is a HUGE difference between a live body and a dead body) There are plant leaves that are considered medicine, however the moment you pick them off the plant, they are no longer medicine or lose their medicinal properties(hint:prana). You go figure how they solved that issue. This is why their medicine have no bad side effects and can even be eaten as regular food. If you do that with modern medicine,you will get sick. Everything is considered medicine even rocks and air. All Food is medicine and if you treat your food like medicine,you will be concious of what you are eating and their effects on you.
