I like how if they team up bonus points will be provided. A really nice incentive to work as a team. This should help alienated kids perform better and also top of the line talents who are a bit to arrogant to have to compromise. Seems like a better system then other novels where they take the most talented people of the generation and send them into a last one standing wins death match.
