This is hard. Haru does deserve a hint of forgiveness because if Meilin had just divorced Bao in the first place and not be so indecisive with everything and playing with his emotions, she could have been happily married with Haru and called it a day. At the same time, Haru wasn't all that patient and kept playing tricks with her indecisive heart and then ended up treating her the same way Bao did and went on to kill such a good man out of jealousy. They're both at fault so the least Meilin could do is get full custody through the court and grant visitation for Haru
