Comments of chapter undefined of Crocodile Tears

(I stated writing a comment, Webnovel erased it. Thanks, Webnovel!) I came here expecting to be pleased, and pleased I am! Though this little excerpt appears to be tender and soft, it seems to be told from a very world-weary point of view. Here we have a woman who has gone through many hardships, much injustice and has ended up in a situation she might not have expected and desired. She sounds lonely, so very lonely, when she mentions a man who has his eyes fixed on his people, without paying her any heed. We often forget that the great women of Ancient China were truly great when they submitted their whole lives to a man and to his ideals. But what about this woman?! What about her ambitions?! Is it wrong to desire just one FIRST glance, before her lover glances at his people, his family, his own freakin' ambitions. In their world, it IS wrong. And that is why this excerpt makes the female character appear so lonely, though she is standing by the man with whom she shares her life, most probably. This is the type of moment, the type of chimera wives and lovers of great men engrave in their souls and spirits to make them pass through an existence of loneliness. Ancient China women were dreamers, poets, dancers for the simple reason that the true world, their reality was cruel to them. The author expresses all this potential feelings so well. The reader can truly sense all these conflicting emotions come together in this smallest of excepts. Happiness. Sadness. Self-deprecation. Loneliness. Very well done, I am impressed.

Well, I'm just learning to write fiction. I will give feedback. My Novel - Gourmet DAO Now it seems that I have found for myself a good reference material on how to correctly write fiction! From the first chapter, it is felt that this is a quality text and content. Enjoy when you read. All clear. I always needed an example of how to write. I found this example. It's great! Thank! Just started rereading some the earlier chapters of this novel as a refresher and this excerpt was amazing. Emotions are riddled everywhere and this chapter was super captivating. Tbh best part of this excerpt was the “when am I not” part.

I'm new to this novel, but dang! This excerpt hooked me in. I really enjoyed reading this chapter; it was really soft and heartwarming which is definitely nice after all the cruelty and hardships they faced (based on descriptions that said so and the synopsis)! Well, I'll look forward to reading more of this!
