I don't know why but I just don't like the becoming lovers. It's just so boring that always canon characters are used like Harry or Draco in fanfics instead of original characters. Even Wilkes would have been better at this point because it also feels really forced. The original James was just erased to make space for canon James so because they were rather acting like siblings. Just feels so uncomfortable you know
