Mentally tired is a sign that you need to talk to someone. For me, it is. Just talk, doesn't matter what . I like to just go to some quite place, with some burger or coffee, and just watch people walk, cars. But the most successful tip that I usually take, talk with others. Not your family. Usually friends. People who will not judge you. Just ask, and they will be someone who willing to be a listener.

It's better to keep it away from him. But, could a secret be kept forever?? _____ When I'm mentally drained I like to sleep a lot; do my hobbies like reading comics & watching anime; eat good food; or just laze around do nothing. I hope it could help you get some ideas of what to do. 😁
Hey mee-hee what's up? aren't taking care of yourself? are you taking too much stress because you needs to update so much chapters and then there's your sister's wedding. Is is done or it's coming? Maybe that's why you are feeling like this. This happens to me a lot and trust me this feels awful. Even though you are physically there your mind is else where or totally blank. I am still feeling that right now since in 2-3 days I am having my internal and I havan't prepared for it yet. (Sigh) Whatever. What really helps me is obviously giving some rest to your brain. Just throw everything and sit at a place like an idiot for as long as your want. If you don't like sitting then just sit and observe your surrounding. What is happening around it. I don't if it will help but just let your mind wander aimlessly. After some time when you feel calm then go and do whatever you were doing. And yes all those typical things to calm yourself like meditating and hearing some good music. Especially the ones you like to hear all time and anytime. That helps. And also strolling around your place and trying to notice all those small changes that you never noticed before helps to calm your mind as well. Just do what your heart wants. Have your favorite food, take a nice bath etc. etc. I hope it helps. And pls take care of yourself mee-hee. Don't stress yourself out. OK?
can anyone recommend something for mental stress... I'm not able to concentrate on my work... all my works are pending and are due but I'm not able to do single thing.. it's like my mind is total blank.. physically I'm fine but mentally I'm total blank.. like I'm not worth of what I'm doing.. please someone help
