Man... this ending hurts. But it also feels right. I guess Enxi was in it for a good time and not a long time huh? The fact they didnt get to live out their lives together until the end will aways have me feeling a bit bitter but Mello did get to marry his love and have two beautiful kids with her. Maybe if she hadnt changed she may have been selfish in the end but she did and that meant it was Enxi whos journey would end. He waited for his kids to be able to go off and live their own lives before he went to join his wife as his own life came to an end. This story was a journey but it has been one I have enjoyed very much even with such a bittersweet ending. Enxi was always a fave of mine so I will miss this story a lot 😭

but didn't the book said that they lived happy ever after. why did enxi died . i can't help but cry hard 😭, i am in a train travelling to another city and the aunty just in front of me is looking at me like i am some idiot who is crying just by looking at her phone . 🤣

This is not what i expected. Especially not with Mello’s death. That’s too painful and lonely. He doesn’t deserve this. He deserve to be happy.

This was just plain sad. To read Mello’s birth in the other story and him being alone all those years. To know Enxi was not totally selfish at the end bit still.....🥺

this book has been one hell of a journey... a book I'll probably remember for a long time.. the feels (இдஇ; ). i honestly wish enxi and Mello got the ending they deserved but this.. I guess it was supposed to end this way. at least in the end they got to be together..ive read the last 2 chapters so many times and I start crying every single time😭 Thank you so much for this amazing book and how u made the characters come to life,dear Berri🥺😌
