catvi:crazy people can be at high positions and still do a good job. it's not about controlling their personality to be what it is not, but rather directing the outbursts in desired directions. Many of the world's top geniuses are autistic savants that contribute greatly to their fields like mathematics and music. They don't stop being autistic. Like Zaraki Kenpachi from bleach? or much other anime harlequins... or like, harlequin herself from dc universe?
