The quality has really gone down a lot since this hit premium. So many inconsistencies and absurdities that it's getting hard to keep reading.

I don't understand this whole "simply pound away at it to drive out impurities and it will be stronger". If its structure is not improved by folding and it's flexibility by alloys, the resultant metal will be very hard but brittle.
