yeah...cause at ni8 time all thoughts starts to jump in randomly ....even when u close eyes something still crops up in our mind...but to stay awake till 4/5 am literally means we are jeopardizing our biological clock...in my case when ever I do that at times when something bothering me too much...i end with stomach upset , nausea 🤮..pls do take care of ur health author...
