Passion Honey
I don't know why I don't feel anything at all. Probably, because other novel really takes time to build the anguish and hatred feelings so I feel empathy towards the characters. We are just at the early stage of the novel, but the bad guys have already received their punishment and she's already have 2 back up to execute the revenge for her. Complain it to them, and they'll help. I'll stay around to see what other conflicts may arise that will spice things up a little bit.
i think maybe if the couples's history had been better alluded to or even fleshed out in either early storyline or flashback memories, it would read much better than it does. as it is, it feels very choppy and incomplete. we cannot connect the dots when there are no dots! the story sort of just jumps around without proper explanation or even establishing a setting or general mood. a white walled room, even if it's in a castle, is still boring without details.
