Why did Heaven think Lucifer employs a give and take relationship? I didn’t think he operated on that type of mentality. I hope four heads can brainstorm a brilliant idea to bring Heaven, Zarin, and Irene safely back to their families.

Is this right? The devil knows most everyone's thoughts but not Zamiel's and that's why Zamiel isn't not telling Heaven's parents his plan. Heaven's dad seems to know Zamiel isn't letting Heaven go without a fight. Does that mean Zamiel and the other ancient can communicate with each other about the plan wIthout the devil knowing? Was the other ancient Zarin's grandfather?

I love the strong women in this book always showing us ladies just how capable we are & we don’t need to wait around to be saved, I hope whatever Heaven “gave” Lothaire & what he “took” when he compelled her really messes up his mind 🤯
