Wait.... Can we finally find out H&Es name now? I have assumed the name heaven and earth came after there split but what name did they go by before then, when they was one entity?

SS and DD names have bugged me aswell. Surely they didn't always go by those titles. Although I really hope Eve does a side story after chaos about DD's life. H&E could predate the known universe so far and that would mean the name is lost to eternity.
