Hashirama would hate to be revived while his family is dead I'd assume. Probably be torture to him being alive and knowing all but tsunade of his family is dead. Now Tobirama wouldn't care about anything but the village so perhaps he wouldn't mind being revived.

You know, reviving people left and right and giving away immortality like candy really undermines the gravity of the issue. You'll just end up like in that Superman comic where people jumped under the train just to meet susp, led him to have a mental breakdown with their stupidity, then all turned on him and blamed the overworked guy for everyhing because he wasn't able to save one of the idiots. Casual miracles should be kept in moderation - people tend to get spoiled rotten real fast.
