Personally I think she needs to learn. She is acting in anger and her step mother hasn't done anything hurtful to her accept marrying her father so I don't understand why she hates her so much. With the company, she is too haste and feisty to manage a company. I only hate the father for not reaching out to her all those years. He should have done better.

I am really disappointed in her father though I didn’t expect much from him after his lack of consideration towards his only daughter. I see a lot of people criticising the MC but it’s her father who raised her as a spoilt and ill-mannered brat as you say. I see a woman who was deeply hurt by her father lack of real fatherly love, he didn’t teach her his values he only gave her money money and more money and now she learns that she doesn’t even inherit what he spend his life building and caring about which shows his lack of trust in her and again he gave her money to compensate... He could have given her an ultimatum like going to business school and inheriting the company after she finishes her studies while Xie something (don’t remember his name) would act as acting CEO which is ***AAAYYY different than remaining as the sole head of the company.

He chose his step son over his own daughter..wow!!😂😂😂if I was in her situation ...just said fuck off and left

To be fair I think it would be the best choice to not choose her as she has no experience running a company and with her personality she would be a dreadful leader so she has no place as the CEO of such a large business.

Dont knew why everyone taking the daugther side. I mean the father took care of her for 18 years sacrificing his own happiness, and the moment he wanted to be a little selfish and have a wife in addition to his loved daugther, she left him thinking that she doesnt need him, and now she's back after his death wanting his money, i mean REALLY.

Her father is to be blamed for this..he allowed her to be pampered n then he says he will marry again n when she shows her rude behaviour n runs away to America...her father did not even try to talk to her..or tell her his plans for the business......she is arrogant n rude no doubt...but her father handled the situation in a bad way. ...

If he had any intention in the first place to give her the company he wouldn’t have allowed her to leave in the first place, he’d have made sure she went to college and did what she needed to do. There was no love for his daughter and I really hate this book

She only finished high school, she doesn’t even have a degree. How can she lead a big company? I am really not liking this FL. In other books, this would be the villain that we would love to hate and see go down. 👎🏻

No offense to whoever reads this comment, but I love how some people saId that she doesn’t deserve it because she doesn’t know how to run a business. But in the beginning of the story it said that she’s very intelligent and she wanted to scholarship but people only saw her for her beauty and her athletics. Hence the idea that she is capable of running the company. so why the father didn’t he give it to her🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️
