14 days in Quarantine

The coronavirus aka covid19 is an infection or disease caused by an unknown virus called corona started spreading to people around the world at the beginning of the year 2020. The whole world was in danger of this unknown virus and to stop the spreading of the disease almost all the countries started to enact lockdowns for weeks and months. The pandemic caused a huge change in people's lives and their lifestyles around the world as they could not spend their day-to-day life as they did before the pandemic.

However, Millie was not disturbed by the effect of the pandemic as she was an introverted girl who mostly stayed indoors and went outside only for necessary needs. She could fulfill her needs even during the pandemic and she could have a small walk around her house and stay in the garden as she lived alone and the neighborhood was friendly to her. She spent her days as much as relaxed as she was before the pandemic.

Slowly, the number of coronavirus patients reduced, and the lockdowns were taken down in most of the cities. Millie was happy that she could go to the university, visit her friend in the neighborhood, go for long walks as usual and go to the library on the edge of the town where she also could get her favorite coffee.

Finally, the lockdown was taken and everything seemed perfectly normal again. Health officers were roaming in the city and antigen tests were taken regularly to prevent going back to the pandemic. Millie slowly got back to her day-to-day routine of going back to college again. Everything was normal until she got a call from the national health service that the test reports were out and she has tested positive. She was required to be in self-isolation for 14 days.

Fourteen days locked up inside the house. Being unable to step out of the house even for a bit of sunshine. What will Millie do? How will she spend these fourteen days by herself? What will happen within these fourteen days?
