I'm sorry but I know random facts one of them being, when interpreted into this, if Shen Q, was skinned alive then she would be in enough pain to almost pass out never mind scream, she would also be too weak to talk in general after becoming week from blood loss and finally she is in a cold room, tied to cold chains. she would have died from hypothermia in if not counting blood loss no less than 8-10 minutes. with the blood leaving her body, most likely her last heat source, she would be dead in seconds 2 minutes tops. she also probably would have fainted from the sudden drops in temperature and her muscles would start to spasm rendering her unable to function. her organs would have gone into complete shut down. but if we're saying it's with cultivation she might have been able to last a little longer than usual and had a possibility to talk. either way I just found this fact though creepy, quite cool too.
