This is your newest iteration of absolute zero/manga city/stargazer summoner, huh. Welp, looks like I'll have something to kill time with during bus rides. Steel girders might have isekai'ed our MC, but death by truck-kun is still the leading cause of death amongst isekai protagonists. (Does truck-kun prefer teenage blood?) I like the opening so far, even if some of it is retreading old ground. Our MC is still self sacrificial to a fault, but I suppose its only a quality of manga based protagonists. I don't blame the couple for running away; they couldn't feasibly do much against the monster anyways. Its a dog eat dog world. If someone offers you a chance to escape, you take it, even if it's not morally right. Our MC might be saved for now, but how long until he starts spilling untold amounts of blood against actual enemies? I don't think he'll like to find out.
