So much wrong...twitch twitch...at least the author got the drug name for narcan correct. However narcan can only counteract opioids like heroin so unless she inhaled heroin instead of injecting it naloxone (narcan) would not be effective. Not to mention the drugs have already been absorbed into her body and throwing up isn't going to help at all and in fact will cause more damage. And it doesn't matter how far away the dagum hospital is because ambulances post (sit and wait between calls) all over every city (except for very rural areas with low population which have less ambulances in their area), they don't just sit at the hospital waiting for an emergency call. Another thing is that some fire departments run medical calls and all emergency responders (police, fire and ems) all carry narcan while at work.

The paragraph comments are probably thebest part of this novel so far. Plot is interesting, but the readers reactions are god tier
