How could he think that she was falling for him after one date! He got infatuated with her and let his own mind think he could have her. She only thought of him as a friend. He thought just because he would let her use his notes that it meant she was in love with him but she only had live for him. As a friend she was worried about him but in the end, she only saw him as a friend.
