Take good care of your health . Have enough rest , do deep breathing exercises on the fifth , do like a big cough . Do in standing and lying position. Check your o2 sat . maintained to 95% and up. . cont taking the vitamins. Taking warm water and eating oranges and lots of fruits and veggies and do the steam inhalations. coz i was exposed and im high risk as well. until now im doing that. And pray to our dear God almighty . i know as a Filipino you are doing that too. Be safe. Dont worry we will continue to support you. on this covid this is my mental hygiene now . staying home on my day off and reading the novel. God Bless.
