Lots of people have already pointed out the obvious way to get this injury sorted, on top of that, I was sure that the dream sequence was FINALLY his way to cope with that stupid psychological drama that has been dragged since Chapter 1 all the way here to 459, and we have definitely had enough of it, I can't believe how the author can keep going on and on and on about it for so long, truly a terrible narrative decision.
