This chapter needs to be printed out and given to those with PTSD. It is a brilliant examination of self-loathing and compartmentalizations after a traumatic physical event. Well done

I love how Evie was able to break things down herself and have things explained to her. She now understands and will understand how she hersef works even better. she also now knows how she can help herself and help break these habits and I cant wait to see her progress with it. thanks for the chapter!
