Basically, Chinese web novels aren’t really know for their adherence to normal concepts of time and time management. Another one you’ll see often is a scenario such as , oh no. Our mortal enemies captured a friend or relative of ours. We must hurry. MC then says ok, let’s have a cup of tea and eat. And after that they either get some sleep or go into a month or few months long intensive training or cultivation. And when they deign to show up, the hostage is still alive and with the enemy.

Says self hypnotism can only be done by high grade hynotist so he hypnotized him self on very firsy attempt so he obviously must be a grand master hypnotist.
