Can I just say how much I appreciate that author's note?! You absolutely made my day by giving me the lore! I often spend some of my reading time contemplating the books universe and backstory and almost never have that satisfied, so thanks! You rock author!💗💫🎉

I like how this takes a moment to sink in as irl if someone told you they were born in the 80’s and then told you their parents died in WWII it would probably blow right over your head as you make instant judgments and don’t take a minute to actually think about all the information as well as how it fits in with everything else you would have been told. Anyone who actually knows the science of this please don’t murder me in my sleep if something is incorrect. I only think I know a little about this subject as I’ve seen a few TED talks on the subject which I know is no substitute for a formal education in this kind of stuff
