just sayin if dragonite actually was in a rush it woulda already been there about 2 seconds after oak asked it to being that close and at its max speed

So Oak dragonite doesn't know extreme speed or something ? If riolu could fight multiple minutes then dragonite should have arrived before his stamina dropped

doesn't make sense, dragonite owned by a once champion took to long to reach there
