Personally seeing as shes already rejected him their first night right now would be a bit too soon. Im honestly trying to see if hes just acting with concern or actually likes her and seeing as she wants romance and someone to actually want/love her and he showed no interest before... how does he plan to woo her now? When you revisit their interactions later on you could possibly bring up their proposal, wedding day, and first night. Right now the focus on even getting them to want eachother would take several chapters lol
